Registration
To participate in the auction, you first need to register (click on Registration). The process takes just a few minutes. Please attach a copy of your ID or passport as part of the registration.
We will verify your information within 24 hours, activate your account, and send your login details to your email.
Login
Once your registration is complete, simply enter your login (the email you registered with) and password to access the auction and start bidding.
Auction Types
You can participate in the auction by placing bids directly or by setting a limit.
Bidding
If you're the first to show interest in a lot, you may begin bidding at the starting price—your first bid will be 0 CZK.
If someone has already placed a bid, the system will offer you the next amount based on the established bidding increments.
You can also enter a higher amount manually. However, keep in mind that other bidders may outbid you—so it's important to monitor the auction and place your bids accordingly.
Limit Bidding
You can set a maximum amount you are willing to pay for a selected artwork. This amount must be higher than the starting price. The system will then bid automatically on your behalf, only raising your offer by the minimum required to maintain the winning position—up to the limit you’ve set.
If no other bids are placed, you win the item at the starting price.
Auction Close
The auction ends at its scheduled time.
However, if a bid is placed within the final 5 minutes before the scheduled end, the auction will automatically extend by another 5 minutes. This extension will repeat for every additional bid placed within the final minutes, ensuring all participants have time to consider their final offers.
You’ll be notified directly on the auction page if you’ve won. The list of auctioned items will also appear in your profile, and you’ll receive an email confirmation.
Payment
Congratulations on your successful bid!
We will send you an invoice for the artwork via email.
Payment can be made:
by bank transfer or QR code
in person at the gallery (cash or card)
An auction fee of 25% will be added to the final hammer price. This fee includes VAT.
Collection of the Artwork
Purchased works must be collected within 14 days of the auction’s end. You can pick them up in person at our gallery or arrange for delivery via parcel service.
Shipping is available at a flat rate of 500 CZK for paintings up to 50 x 70 cm (including the frame). For larger artworks, the shipping fee is calculated individually.

Placing a bid or setting a limit is a legally binding act. If you win, it creates not only the right but also the obligation to pay for and collect the item. In the event of a refusal to pay or accept the item, and subsequent cancellation of the auction result, we reserve the right to seek damages through all legal means available.
