Registration says “A user with this e-mail already exists”

You already have an account — from earlier, or the gallery created it for you. Do not register again: click Forgot password, enter the same e-mail and set a new password.

The password reset e-mail did not arrive

Check your Spam or Junk folder — the sender is web@aukceweinberg.cz. Delivery can take a few minutes. Request the reset only once; every new request invalidates the link from the previous e-mail.

The link in the e-mail says the code is invalid or expired

Only the link from the most recent e-mail is valid. If you requested it several times, open the newest one; otherwise request it again and use the link within 24 hours.

Login says the username and password do not match

Your username is your e-mail address, not your name. Passwords are case-sensitive — use the eye icon to reveal and check it before submitting. If you do not remember it, set a new one via Forgot password.
