Cookie Policy
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Entries in the browser's local storage work in a similar way. Some are necessary for the website to work; others are used to measure traffic or for advertising – we use those only with your consent.
How to give, change or withdraw consent
On your first visit a bar appears where you can accept all cookies, reject them, or allow only selected categories (statistics, marketing) in the settings. You can change your choice or withdraw consent at any time by clicking the Cookies bar in the page footer. When you withdraw consent, we delete statistics and marketing cookies from your browser. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
1. Necessary cookies
The website does not work without them (login, bidding, remembering your cookie choice, form protection). We store them without consent on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating the website.
| Name | Purpose | Expiry | Set by |
|---|---|---|---|
| random string (32 characters) | website session – login, bidding, form security | until the browser is closed | aukceweinberg.cz |
| cookieconsent_status | whether you consented to statistics or marketing cookies | 12 months | aukceweinberg.cz |
| scc_cookie_consent, scc_consent_id (browser storage) | your choice of cookie categories and an anonymous identifier of the consent record | 12 months | aukceweinberg.cz |
| semakin_sst_cl | tells the server your consent level (0 = none, 1 = statistics, 2 = marketing) so that it sends only the data you agreed to | 30 days | aukceweinberg.cz |
| Cloudflare Turnstile | protects forms against bots; evaluates technical browser data, only when a form is submitted | session | Cloudflare |
| Šéfbot (chat) | chat window; stores data needed to keep the conversation | per provider | sefbot.cz |
2. Statistics cookies (only with consent)
They help us understand how visitors use the website (which auctions and works they view, where they came from). Tool: Google Analytics 4.
| Name | Purpose | Expiry | Set by |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | distinguishes visitors (random identifier) | 2 years | Google Analytics |
| _ga_B7T2KF8EQ8 | keeps the session (visit) | 2 years | Google Analytics |
| semakin_sst_cid | fallback identifier for Google Analytics when _ga is missing | 2 years | aukceweinberg.cz |
3. Marketing cookies (only with consent)
They measure the effectiveness of our ads on Google and Facebook/Instagram and allow us to show you relevant advertising.
| Name | Purpose | Expiry | Set by |
|---|---|---|---|
| _gcl_au, _gcl_ls (browser storage) | Google Ads conversion measurement | 90 days | Google Ads |
| cookies on Google domains (e.g. doubleclick.net) | Google ad measurement and targeting | per Google's policy | |
| semakin_sst_gclid, semakin_sst_gbraid, semakin_sst_wbraid | Google ad click identifier, to attribute a registration or purchase to a campaign | 90 days | aukceweinberg.cz |
| _fbp, _fbc | Meta Pixel – measurement of ads on Facebook and Instagram | 90 days | Meta |
| cookies on facebook.com (e.g. fr) | Meta ad measurement and targeting | per Meta's policy | Meta |
Cookieless traffic measurement
If you reject cookies, our server sends Google Analytics only an anonymous record of a page view or action (e.g. viewing a work) – without cookies, without an identifier linking you to other visits, and with the last part of your IP address removed. Advertising services (Google Ads, Meta) receive nothing in that case.
Google Consent Mode
The website uses Google Consent Mode v2: until you give consent, Google services are instructed not to store cookies or use data for advertising.
Transfers outside the EU
Google, Meta and Cloudflare may also process data in the USA. Transfers are based on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Record of consent
To be able to prove what consent you gave, we store a record of your choice (categories, date and time, an anonymous identifier and a shortened IP address). The record contains no data that would identify you directly.
